We will again offer an extended day session on Monday through Friday mornings or afternoons for an additional fee of $55.00 per month if sufficient interest is expressed. For those with a morning preschool class, the day would be extended until 2:30 one day a week. The morning extended day begins at 9:30 for those with afternoon preschool classes. If you are interested in this, please mark your preference of session on the Enrollment Form.
A non-refundable registration fee of $70.00 must accompany the Registration Form. One month’s tuition will be required by July 1, 2012 and will be applied to the last month of the school year. Please return these to us in person or mail to Pioneer Preschool L.L.C., P.O. Box 14594, Shawnee Mission, KS 66285-4594.
You will find attached the State of Kansas Health Assessment Form which must be completed by your child’s physician. This form must be on file with us before your child can attend the first session. Please make your doctor’s appointments now for early summer.
The Emergency Release Form must also be on file with us by the first attendance time. Please note that a notarized signature by either parent is required.
